How it works
Step 1
Firstly, both employers and employees must read the Government Gazette and disclosure documents. These contain information about why these funds exist and how they benefit you. These documents are sent at the start of correspondence with us, or can be sent by request to our staff.
Step 2
Employers will be provided a form on which they must fill out important information about the employees. This will include contact information, South African ID number, place of residence, and relevant permissions if an employee is a foreign national.
Step 3
With every document completed and signed, it is important that all of the information is checked and verified before submitting them to us. If any information is wrong or inaccurate when a fund is installed it could mean losing out on benefits entirely and incurring various penelties.
